Build your physical frame.

One-on-one coaching for men who want more than a temporary burst of motivation. Build useful strength, a repeatable training practice, and evidence that you can depend on yourself.

The first tenet

Your body is where the standard becomes real.

I’m Aboubacar Keita—a NASM-certified personal trainer, former college athlete, founder of Athletic Education, and founder of Men of Frame. My background taught me the value of performance, but experience taught me that training must also be sustainable enough to survive real life.

I believe training should improve the way you live—not consume your identity or reduce your worth to a number in the mirror. My approach is direct, individual, and built around progression. We use the gym to develop strength, but also to practice patience, consistency, and keeping your word when enthusiasm fades.

The coaching standard

Structure without performance.

No screaming. No humiliation. No one-size-fits-all punishment. The work is demanding because your goals require it—not because difficulty needs to be performed.

01

Start where you are

Your program should respect your training history, schedule, available equipment, limitations, and present capacity—not somebody else’s highlight reel.

02

Earn progression

The goal is measurable improvement through sound movement, intelligent loading, recovery, and consistency—not punishment disguised as discipline.

03

Become accountable

We track the work, address what gets in the way, and make honest adjustments. The standard remains high without pretending life is perfectly controlled.

Athletic Education

See the work behind the philosophy.

Training knowledge should be demonstrated, not merely claimed. Athletic Education is where I share fitness instruction, training ideas, and the practical experience behind my coaching approach.
