Why I started this

I have always had ambition. I have also known the frustration of seeing what I could become while struggling to consistently live at that level.

Over time, I began to understand that confidence is not something you talk yourself into. It is evidence. Every promise kept becomes a vote for the man you say you are. Every difficult conversation faced, workout completed, skill developed, and financial decision made with patience strengthens your frame.

Men of Frame is my attempt to organize that work into four connected tenets. I will share what I learn, what I get wrong, and what helps me move forward. My role is not to stand above other men. It is to set a standard, practice it openly, and build with men who are serious about their own growth.
